How do I submit my earnest money?
Earnest money may be delivered to our office in person, submitted securely through the Earnnest application, or sent via wire transfer. Please review the options below.
For your security, wiring instructions are not posted online. Wiring instructions may be provided upon request and must be verified by phone prior to sending funds.
When is it due?
Earnest money is typically due within the timeframe specified in the contract. Please refer to your contract for the specific due date.
